The Philippines

3 02 2010

I have never been outside the Philippines.  In fact, my passport remains untouched.  A virgin, so to speak.  :)

However, I have been to certain places in the Philippines that is something to be proud of and I would still love to visit other places that I know are also beautiful.  Some of you might think that it’s pretty useless for me to post photos of the Philippines here.  But I’m doing this in the hopes that people from other countries might stumble upon this and be enticed to visit the Philippines.

I hope all of you will enjoy this as much as I did.

The rock formation looked amazing.  I hope you can see what I saw when I took the photo.  We walked for an hour or so to reach the caldera but it was worth it.

Well, these are what I have so far.  There are a few really good places I’ve been to before but as I didn’t have a digital camera at the time I can’t share the pictures and the experience with you.  Hopefully, I’d get to visit those places again and take pictures.

I just had to…

I think I have a fascination with trees that look different.  May it be due to their form, how they were compelled to grow, or simply the effect of certain light on them.

I have here a shot of the tree beside the house our company rented when we had our meeting in Canyon Woods (Tagaytay) last August 2009.  I just finished eating and as everyone else were still eating, I decided to go out of the house and just take a look around.  And the tree was just there.  It looked like a shot from LOTR that I just couldn’t resist.

LOTR material. :)

I really am going to make a DSLR one of my goals for this year.
